The Core Team
Jen Northam, Executive Producer
A financial journalist with over 20 years’ experience in the global media industry. She worked at CNBC in New York and London where she produced Squawk Box, managed the European newsdesk and produced live events around the world, including the World Economic Forum in Davos.
She has a passion for news and has interviewed countless CEOs and business leaders over the years.
A native New Jersey girl, she now calls London home but still misses proper bagels and a strong cup of coffee.
Dom Northam, Creative Director
Dom Northam is a graphic designer specialising in motion graphics and television production. Before founding Northam Media, he was Creative Director of CNBC International, in charge of the overall look and feel of the network.
Dom has designed multiple televised events around the world. His passion lies in brand and content strategy, design and animation.
When he’s not in front of his PC, you can find him drinking his 20th cup of tea, going for a run or building his latest Lego creation.
Mike Blenkinsop, Lead Motion Designer
Michael is a designer and animator specialising in motion graphics. With more than 12 years industry experience, he has worked on hundreds of successful projects for clients including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and EY.
He is broadly skilled and experienced in various animation styles and has an almost superhuman ability to learn new techniques. He brings experience, insight and flair to all projects.
You can usually find Michael at his computer - either working, hiding from his children or playing video games.
Helen Alexander, Senior Producer
Helen is a broadcast and print journalist with more than 20 years’ experience working in London, Mumbai, Los Angeles and Washington DC. Roles have included managing a fast-paced newsdesk for CNBC, securing interviews with global statesman and corporate leaders and producing global events such as OPEC meetings and the World Economic Forum in Davos.
Her print by-lines include The London Times, The New Statesman, Marie Clare and the Hindustan Times. She has also worked as an advisor to the US India Corridor, a strategic communications firm.
After two decades of globetrotting, Helen is happy to be settled in Cambridge, where she can be found pottering around the garden and tending to unruly vegetable patches.
